Fruity and crisp

Fine, persistent bubbles in the string; small citrus nose with a hint of iodine.

Attack with medium-sized bubbles that burst quickly, followed by tension and a slight balance, with a white-grey character and a hint of sweetness.

Tart finish, with pleasant persistence.
