Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Whisky français BELLEVOYE
BELLEVOYE is a whisky born from the blending of the three best single malt whiskies in France. BELLEVOYE is therefore a round, generous, elegant and complex triple malt: a French synthesis. Launched less than five years ago in the traditional circuit, BELLEVOYE is already the top French whisky in terms of sales. The only whisky served at the Elysée Palace, it also won the Air France tender for business class and first class. For this finish, the casks used in the final maturation come from a famous Sauternes cru classé. To ensure the freshness of the aromas, we empty the wine from the barrel and immediately fill it with whisky. Sauternes barrels give the whisky its aromas. Moreover, they are rich in fine lees. They will give the whisky roundness and length, sweet and spicy aromas and notes of hazelnut and almond.

Plutôt doux en bouche et un peu sucré, plus fort à la "descente".
