Fruity and crisp

A fairly deep, bright straw yellow colour. A frank, fairly lively nose of citrus zest, passion fruit, a hint of white peach and then peppermint. Beautiful balance, regular bubbles, present without aggressiveness, straightforward, medium body, finesse. Lovely character with notes of citrus fruit, sliced bread, finely toasted. Finishes with a fresh menthol note. A fine Crémant for a brut nature!
