Fruity and well-rounded
Deep old gold colour with orange highlights, clear and brilliant. The nose is open and expressive, with notes of candied orange, dried apricot and cereal, with a hint of white chocolate. Round, greedy attack, with candied yellow fruit, chilli and white pepper, well wrapped up, lovely sweetness. The finish is full, generous and mouth-watering, with lingering notes of hay, young leather and spices.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

A blend of malts from 8 Speyside distilleries - Copper Dog Blended Malt is a Scotch whisky steeped in history. The result of blending malts from 8 Speyside distilleries, Copper Dog is a Blended Malt unlike any other. A little history. In the old days, distillery workers would sometimes steal a little whisky using copper test tubes sealed with a coin on one side and a cork on the other. They hid these test tubes, called Copper Dogs, in their trouser legs. These Speyside icons were the inspiration for this unique blend of eight single malt whiskies aged in oak casks. Copper Dog Blended Malt is an authentic whisky with aromas of ripe fruit and a hint of spice. Under the guidance of Stuart Morrison, Diageo's master distiller and blender emeritus, Copper Dog is a playful, accessible Blended Malt that can be enjoyed neat, "on the rock", or in cocktails.
