Fruity and well-rounded
White with purple highlights, clear and brilliant.
The nose is open and delicious, with notes of sugar syrup, white caramel and peppermint.
Frank, fruity and delicious.
Supple, aromatic attack, marked by notes of white pepper, juniper berries and peppermint, with a slight astringency.
The finish is clean and pure, with notes of spice and a hint of smoke and minerality.
A fine persistence of Timut pepper, with good overall balance.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Don Julio tequila is made from 100% hand-harvested blue agaves.
After distillation, only the heart of the distillate is kept, as it is free from impurities.
This tequila is then bottled immediately after distillation, without aging.
The citrus and vanilla aromas are very pleasant, making it the perfect base for the best margaritas!
