Domain and appellation

This eau-de-vie with a base of Williams pears is manufactured in the Louis Morand & Cie distillery in Martigny, in Switzerland.
- Manufacture: An alcoholic fermentation for 10 to 30 days precedes a slow distillation carried out through copper Holstein stills with a plate rectification column. Only the most aromatic part, at the heart of the distillation, is kept. Finally, the eaux-de-vue is kept at a high temperature for between 6 and 8 months.
