Fruity and crisp
A transparent white colour with light blue highlights. An open nose with aromas of juniper berries, aniseed, mint and yuzu. A hint of white pepper. Clean, sapid and acidic attack, with fresh notes of mint and juniper. Well-balanced, with spicy, piquant, fresh notes and a hint of pure iodine. Finishes on white pepper and fresh ginger, with good persistence and finesse.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Etsu
An artisan gin born of an ancestral recipe, Etsu means ‘pleasure’ in Japanese. Distilled at the Asahikawa distillery on the northern island of Hokkaido, Etsu gin stands out for the balance of its botanicals and the purity of the water from the Taisetsu mountain. For added strength and character, this gin is distilled with the botanicals after a 22-hour maceration. Juniper berries, liquorice and angelica roots, coriander seeds, as well as Japanese yuzu and bitter orange peel, combine perfectly in this fresh, round gin.
