Appellation Cognac Fine Champagne Contrôlée. A blend of some twenty eaux-de-vies made from Ugni Blanc grapes from Grande and Petite Champagne. This VSOP reveals aromas of acacia honey, ripe apricots and quince paste supported by a first sip with delicate notes of jasmine. Recommendation: with a fine pear tart or an Old Fashioned cocktail.
