Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Palais Bénédictine
Benedict liquor is developed in Palais Palais Bénédictine à Fécamp in Normandie, from an original recipe in 1510. Composed of 27 plants and spices, its aroma is distinguishable with notes of citrus and spices, sweetened with a hint of honey.
Benedictine is a subtle alchemy of 27 plants and spices carefully selected from around the world by the Master Herbalist. Essential to the manufacturing process, the honey and saffron infusion added to the blend give the liqueur its rich and balanced character. Infusion, distillation in hammered copper stills, blending, ageing, double-heating: the making of the liqueur requires about 2 years and all the know-how of the Master Distiller to give the Benedictine liqueur its unique taste. Its colour is rich, coppery with golden reflections. On the nose, we find vegetal and spicy notes with acidulous tangerine tips and subtle hints of pine. The palate is rich and silky, with light notes of honey, citrus fruit and sweet almonds. To simply appreciate the richness of the herbs and spices: pour Benedictine into a tulip glass, add 1 ice cube, then twist a twist of lemon zest.
