Powerful bouquet

Old gold colour, clear and brilliant. Open nose, with notes of apple, mirabelle plum and vanilla, a touch of white pepper and milk caramel. Round, balanced, full-bodied attack, nice character on apple syrup, pepper and vanilla, floral hint. Spicy finish, the alcohol is well melted and balanced by the sugar. Nice persistence on vanilla wood, candied mirabelle plum and chilli.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

In 1588, the “Calvador" ship of the Invincible Armada was wrecked on the coast of Normandy and gave her name to a local place. This name was then attributed 200 years later to the area and then to the beverage.
