Open and powerful nose of candied pineapple, yellow fruit, smoke, hint of red caramel. Good balance, full-bodied, powerful, sweetness and strong character on peat, dry heather, candied fruits. Beautiful straight and tense length with a mineral iodine touch. Keeping level Ready to drink Features Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine. Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure. Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time. Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only. Do you know ? Bunnahabhain literally means mouthpiece in Gaelic. Domain and appellation Bunnahabhain Developed on the island of Islay, the fresh and vibrant Stiùireadair (pronounced stew-rahdur) is often compared to a "sea storm". The peculiarity of this whiskey from Islay is that it is not peaty, only iodized. These salty notes are the signature of the Bunnahabhain distillery. This Single malt whiskey will surprise connoisseurs with its iodized smoothness. Its aging in ex-Sherry barrels gives it aromas of dried fruit. Let yourself be enchanted by its toffee and vanilla notes sprinkled with spices. The latest installment from the Bunnahabhain distillery: Stiùireadair, offers us a suave and rich whiskey.
