Attractive, fine, regular bubbles adorn the straw colour with green highlights of this champagne, which gives off lovely toasty notes of brioche and sliced bread, blending with fruity Morello cherry fragrances.   On the palate, its full-bodied, vinous character and persistent bubbles create a well-balanced whole.   The finish is distinguished by a certain frankness and plenty of flavour.
