Powerful bouquet

Straw yellow colour with green highlights. Fine, regular and persistent bubbles. Fresh nose of white flowers, fresh notes of peppermint, fennel, then fresh fruit, a hint of grilled almond, hazelnuts. Good balance, straightforward, straightforward, nice finesse. Character of fresh fruit then dried fruit, toasted notes, toasted. Nice champagne with a good bouquet that can withstand a meal.
