Fruity and crisp

Deep orange currant colour, brilliant, with a rather large bubble, persistent in the cordon. Fruity nose of redcurrants, small red fruits, spicy notes. Good balance. Nervous attack, medium body, bubbles still quite tonic, character on red fruit notes. Clean finish with notes of strawberry syrup, acidity and sweetness.

This is a champagne with fresh and airy flavours, thirst-quenching and joyful, to be enjoyed at any time of the year. Its ageing in the cellar for 2 to 3 years gives it finesse and freshness in the mouth.
