Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and crisp

Robe jaune légère aux reflets verts, bulles fines et régulières, nez à ouvrir de chocolat blanc, de buis, de menthe poivrée, pointe de fruits blancs, puis de pain d'épices. Bon équilibre sur un vin  corsé, du nerf, les bulles sont fines presque crémeuses, le caractère est franc et va sur les épices fraiches. Bonne allonge pleine et fraiche, tendue.
