Our oenologists' opinion

Well-rounded

This wine has a luminous lemon yellow colour, enhanced by fine, regular bubbles that add elegance and liveliness.

The clean nose reveals an elegant bouquet of white flowers, sliced bread and brioche, complemented by a hint of fresh menthol, offering a lovely aromatic freshness.

On the palate, the balance is remarkable: the delicate bubbles melt harmoniously, giving way to a character marked by aromas of fresh apricots and white peaches, enriched by notes of hazelnuts, pralines and a subtle hint of fresh mint.

The finish is refined and elegant, with a long aftertaste that prolongs the freshness and deliciousness of this cuvée.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
