Our oenologists' opinion
Powerful bouquet
A clear, limpid, brilliant wine with a bright yellow-green colour.
The initially reduced nose gradually opens up to subtle aromas of almond and hazelnut.
On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and vinous, carried by an assertive, complex bouquet that reveals its character with elegance.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Dom Pérignon pays tribute to the art of blending with a special edition of its Vintage 2015, created in collaboration with the estate of Jean-Michel Basquiat. This singular collection merges the Maison's expertise with bold artistic vision.
The Year 2015: A Contrasting Vintage
- Climate: A mild winter followed by a frigid spring and a prolonged heatwave from May to August. This period featured exceptional sunshine and drought, causing water stress for the vines.
- August 2015: The hottest August since 1961. Fortunately, rainfall in late August rejuvenated ripening, ensuring a high-quality harvest despite the challenges.
A Creative Ambition:
Dom Pérignon continues its perpetual pursuit of harmony and excellence, blending flavours and visual identity. This 2015 edition pays homage to this commitment through a unique artistic collaboration.
