Fruity and well-rounded

Bright lemon yellow colour, fine, regular bubbles. The nose is straightforward but rather discreet, with hints of toast, cumin and pits. The wine is well-balanced with a medium body. The bubbles are fine and fairly mellow. A frank character that extends the nose with a hint of minerality, the dosage is not excessive for an extra-dry. Good, clean, fairly sapid finish. Features

    POP is a 20 cl glass bottle with a cork stopper and a traditional muselet. A blended wine, it combines the three Champenois grape varieties, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Pinot noir is dominant, giving roundness and fullness on the palate. The Pinot Meunier is there to support the Pinot Noir, it brings this passion.
