Fruity and well-rounded
The nose is open and delicious, evoking aromas of hazelnut paste, almond, almond milk and a hint of brioche.
On the palate, the attack is marked by a fine bubble, revealing flavours of white fruit and dried fruit, accompanied by a hint of toast.
The finish is tangy and crisp, underpinned by good tension, a fine minerality and balanced persistence without heaviness.
