Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and well-rounded

Light yellow in colour. Frank nose of almonds and citrus fruit. Notes of brioche. Supple attack, the tension finds the product well. Long, tangy finish. Sappy finish.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Domain and appellation

  • VRANKEN

HOUSE FOUNDED IN 1976 Some ideas are good, some are new, some are brilliant, and some are magical. In 1976, Paul-François Vranken founded the Vranken champagne house. The idea of the special bottle was to be the basis of the tremendous success of Vranken champagnes, a unique bottle with a gentle shape. A champagne bottle with a different shape for the first time, dedicated to a single cuvée, as a tribute to a marvellous art. This was Paul-François Vranken's idea. In 1985, he conceived the Cuvée Demoiselle and created the first brut champagne unlike any other. The name "Tête de Cuvée" originates from a specific winemaking process. It corresponds to a rigorous selection of part of the juice obtained at the time of pressing.
