Powerful bouquet

Lemon yellow colour with golden highlights.

Fine bubbles, persistent.

Bouquet of roasting, roasted hazelnuts, toasted bread, notes of gingerbread.

Good balance on a frank, full-bodied, low dosage and nervous wine.

Fine and present bubbles, hint of minerality.

Good length and complexity with toasted, roasted notes and a hint of peppermint and butter.
