Fruity and well-rounded
A beer with an airy head and an off-white colour that holds up well. Straw-yellow colour with golden highlights. Clean nose with notes of dried apricot and honey, opening up to candied yellow fruit and a hint of fresh malt. Supple attack, well-balanced, long, floral finish, with aromas of candied fruit and honey. Lovely character with aromas of candied citrus fruit and orange blossom. Good balance. Clean, sapid finish.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Lucienne is a top-fermented blonde ale with a slight bitterness, where the hops used give it a vegetal aroma. On the palate, it's a smooth beer with fine bubbles reminiscent of the thirst-quenching beers we enjoy in summer!
