Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and light
Golden colour with pale yellow highlights. Open nose of exotic fruit, mango and passion fruit, with a hint of boxwood. Straightforward attack, roundness, good balance, greedy, tense. Persistent finish of yellow fruit coulis. A lovely wine...

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Lionel Osmin & Cie
As soon as the first frosts of autumn arrive, the golden, sun-drenched bunches of Gros Manseng and Sauvignon Blanc grapes are picked to produce this mellow, refreshing yet soft wine. It is enchanting with its notes of grapefruit, pineapple, pear and bourbon vanilla, and its low alcohol content. This cuvée bears the evocative name of the famous beach of Anglet in the Basque Country, on the Atlantic coast.
