Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and well-rounded

A clear, bright wine with a brilliant coral colour.

The nose is straightforward, with crisp red fruit enhanced by notes of pomelo and a vibrant, modern edge.

The supple attack reveals a harmonious roundness, balanced by a well-dosed freshness.

Its greedy character, dominated by juicy red fruit, brings a lovely fluidity to the tasting.

The pleasant, delicate finish leaves a fruity, refreshing impression, ideal for a convivial moment or to accompany summer cuisine.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

  • ULTIMATE PROVENCE

Nestled in a wild and mineral-rich environment, at the heart of France’s largest nature reserve, near the Bay of Saint-Tropez, the UP terroir spans 46 hectares of vineyards, fully classified as AOP Côtes de Provence and undergoing organic conversion.

The vines thrive in shallow, schist-rich soils, benefiting from mild winters and hot summers. Here, the team crafts expressive and delicate wines.
