UBY is a family-owned winery & distillery located in the heart of the South-West vineyards, on the rolling hills of Gascony.
Vines have been grown here for over a century, alongside cereal crops.
Understanding the terroir has enabled François Morel to embrace a balanced and diversified approach, perfectly suited to the soil composition and the climate of our region. -
