Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
Pale yellow colour with green highlights. Fresh and frank nose of peppermint, citrus zest, boxwood and hints of green asparagus. Good balance on a medium body, dry and nervous. Beautiful finesse, nice character. Clean and sapid finish.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

LA PERRIERE
Wishing to respect the history and identity of this timeless place, the Saget family decided to make it a temple dedicated to the Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir grape varieties, thus seeking to penetrate and reveal all their mysteries. Terroir : Siliceous After a 48-hour static cold settling, the clear must ferments in temperature-controlled vats at 18 to 22°C for about ten days. Three weeks later, the fine lees are pumped over to give the wine freshness, fatness and finesse. This maturing phase lasts five months.
