Fruity and crisp

White gold with pale straw highlights. Open nose with notes of white flowers, blackcurrant buds and fresh notes of bergamot. Tart attack, well-balanced, fairly light body, good acidity, straightforward, with a little finesse. Sappy finish, minerality, freshness, hint of sweetness.

Features

    The Sauvignon Blanc has found its favourite soil in these stony soils. Harvested perfectly ripe and healthy, we vinified and matured the grapes as simply as possible. The result is a beautifully fresh wine with great density and a pleasant variety of aromas combining minerality, fruitiness and floral notes.
