Fruity and well-rounded

Straw-coloured. Frank nose of yellow fruit and citrus. Exotic notes and finesse. Supple on the palate with a long, round, well-balanced finish. Good acidic persistence.

Domain and appellation

    Since 1952, the spirit of Alsace wine. For over 70 years, the Cave's 170 winegrowing families have been pooling their resources to produce wine at Château de Hoen in Beblenheim. 530 hectares of vines are cultivated according to the principles of sustainable viticulture. This commitment has been recognised by HVE 3 certification. Terroir : The vines are mainly planted on marl-limestone soil. Viticulture: Integrated viticulture aims to preserve the vines through environmentally-friendly viticultural practices. Vinification: Gentle pneumatic pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled vats are followed by ageing in vats.
