Our oenologists' opinion
Powerful bouquet
The nose, marked by an initial reduction, opens up to complex aromas of roasting, roasted black fruit and spices.
The attack is fleshy, supported by a fine structure and controlled balance.
The finish is clean and full-bodied, revealing an assertive character with notes of candied pepper and roasted black fruit.
The wine is well-balanced and full-bodied, with a long, lingering finish.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

LES PASSEURS DE VINS
The Ribera del Duero is one of Spain’s most prestigious wine regions. Located in the Upper Douro Valley (Duero), the vineyard spans the four provinces of Castilla-y-León: Burgos, Valladolid, Soria, and Segovia.
The Tempranillo grape, also known as Tinto Fino, dominates the region.
For this red wine, we have crafted a blend of grapes vinified in tanks using short maceration or carbonic maceration techniques.
The result is a fruity, unique, and contemporary profile that prioritises drinkability over the traditional powerful and often oak-influenced style of Ribera del Duero.
