Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Domain and appellation

PLAIMONT
A selection of the finest plots in the appellation, located on steep east-south-east facing slopes that benefit from the first rays of the morning sun, while avoiding the more violent rays of the late afternoon. The steep slopes ensure perfect drainage of the local clay, which plays a key role in regulating the water content, essential for the optimum expression of late-harvest wines, mainly made from Petit Manseng grapes. This terroir enables the vines to produce a harvest that combines the richness of over-ripe grapes with the freshness of the great Vic-Bilh wines.
