Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is open and delicate, with notes of kirsch and cherry stems and a touch of acidity that adds a pleasant freshness.

The attack is supple, revealing a wine with a small body, great finesse but discreet character.

The palate is well-balanced and fluid, without heaviness.

The finish is sapid and elegant, giving way to a medium finish marked by sweet spices and a hint of finesse.

Features

Domain and appellation

Domaine Laurent et Romain Prunier

Since 1992, Laurent has represented the sixth generation of Pruniers at Domaine Prunier, a winegrower in Auxey-Duresses.

Situated in the Côte de Beaune, their Pommard, Monthelie, Auxey-Duresses and Saint-Romain village and/or premier cru wines make the word Burgundy resonate in the memories of family dinners.

Rigorous manual work is carried out as well as a strict selection of the production.
