Fruity and crisp

The clean nose is distinguished by unique aromas of dried flowers and immortelle, enhanced by hints of salted butter caramel.

 

This well-balanced, full-bodied wine reveals an uncompromisingly spicy character, marked by hints of cinnamon, cloves and candied ginger. 

 

The finish is long and assertive, destined for discerning connoisseurs.

Features

Domain and appellation

    From our “Chaudoux” plot (1.5 ha), the grapes are sorted and destemmed.

     

    We then proceed with skin maceration, allowing for the extraction of very fine and complex aromatic and mineral compounds.

     

    This robust wine is suitable for long ageing (10 years).
