The nose is open, frank and typical, with notes of white peach, William pear, vanilla and almond milk, with a hint of white pepper.

Features

This AOP honours the grape variety that established its reputation: Aligoté.

    While it is delightful in its youth, it develops significant complexity with age and reveals itself as a fine gastronomic wine.
