    The vineyard is located on the edge of the Thau lagoon, between the garrigue and the sea. The Mediterranean climate limits daily temperature fluctuations. The sea breeze limits the rise in temperature during the day, and the water mass of the lagoon acts as a thermal buffer, slowing the drop in temperatures at night.
