This young appellation, created by decree on 24 November 2011, covers the territory of Greater Burgundy, from Chablis in Burgundy to Beaujolais. It is made from the grape varieties that make up Grande Bourgogne (Pinot, Gamay, Chardonnay and Aligoté).

VINIFICATION & BREEDING: Vinification in the best Burgundy tradition and long vatting give birth to an original wine with a strong identity.
FOOD & WINE Pairings: Fricassee of chanterelle mushrooms, calf's liver, cheeses such as Comté, red fruit macaroons.
