Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and well-rounded
The nose is frank and delicious, with aromas of candied exotic fruit, citrus fruit and a hint of roasted pineapple.
The attack is perky, round, greedy, full and fleshy, with tension.
The finish is straightforward, with pineapple coulis and hints of dried apricot, slightly acidic and lingering.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

DOMAINE TARIQUET
Located in Gascogne in the South-West of France, Domaine Tariquet is a family-owned estate that has been in the same family since 1912. As an estate grower, all wines and Bas-Armagnacs are produced from grapes exclusively sourced from the estate's own vineyards.
Since the early 1990s, the vineyards have benefited from sustainable and responsible viticulture to protect soil life and biodiversity. Environmentally conscious, the estate is certified ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management) and HVE (High Environmental Value).
In June 2021, Domaine Tariquet was evaluated for the Engagé RSE label (Corporate Social Responsibility) and, from the first audit, achieved the "Confirmed" status, the 3rd highest level out of the 4 existing ones.
