Fruity and crisp

Pale straw yellow colour. Open nose of hawthorns, wild fennel, dill notes, rather 'salty' notes. Nice balance on a rather light, frank and fresh body. Character with quite mineral notes of sea spray, iodine. Tense and sapid finish, greedy
