Fruity and well-rounded

Open nose of fresh green pepper, followed by notes of fresh spices and black fruit coulis.

Full-bodied attack, lovely pepper and sweet spice character, good balance, good persistence, black fruit jam, supple, sapid finish.

Features

Caroline Guenescheau, née Bertrand, and her husband David took over the family business in 2017. This family estate is located at Le Frêne in Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil, cultivating 21 hectares of vines in the Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil appellation area. The key principles of their estate are simplicity and good humor.
