Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

The estate is located in the heart of Provence, in the commune of Correns, in the Green Provence region of the Var department. Terroir: Situated at an altitude of 250 metres, the estate comprises 200 hectares, 30 of which are classified as A.O.C. Côtes de Provence. These plots of vines benefit from all the advantages of the vineyard: an exceptional microclimate, plenty of sunshine thanks to its hillside location and trellised vineyard management, as well as very healthy clay-limestone soil. Viticulture: Since 1998, the vineyards have been certified organic by ECOCERT. The absence of synthetic weedkillers, fungicides or insecticides, and the use of organic soil improvers form the basis of this "organic viticulture".
