Fruity and well-rounded

Deep yellow colour with golden highlights. The nose is open, greedy and fruity, with notes of dried apricot, William pear and candied white peach, with a hint of candied quince. Greedy, full attack, good body, fairly concentrated, sweet, sapid. Character with white flowers in syrup and candied apricot. The finish is greedy, sapid, rich and persistent, with candied yellow fruit.
