Domain and appellation

    Located between the Pays Nantais and Anjou wine regions, the Les Vignerons de la Noëlle cooperative consists of 90 winemakers, spanning over 730 hectares. It primarily produces AOC wines.

     

    • Terroir: The grapes harvested for this Coteaux du Layon come from the Nantais vineyards, with a predominance of clusters from the Atlantic west.

     

    • Viticulture: As part of the Terrena group, all cooperative winemakers are committed to sustainable viticultural practices, implementing integrated farming methods. Harvesting is carried out in successive stages to select only the overripe bunches.

     

    • Vinification: Fermented at low temperatures (12° to 14°C), these wines undergo a slow fermentation process, ensuring the preservation and enhancement of all their fruity aromas.
