Powerful bouquet

Pale salmon colour with pale peach highlights. The nose is open, spicy and mineral, with notes of white flowers, black pepper and flint. Pearly attack, full-bodied, with notes of blood orange, tangerine and pomelo, lovely finesse, lovely body. A lovely wine! The finish is full-bodied, sapid and greedy, with notes of candied orange and spices.

Features

The 90-hectare vineyard is spread over the eight communes of the appellation, on marl and limestone soils that are particularly well-suited to Mourvèdre, combining two main types of climate.

    Bathed in sunshine and open to the sea, this terroir is made up of marl and limestone soils that are particularly well suited to Mourvèdre. Between the valley and the hillsides, this grape variety gives birth to this complex and structured rosé, carried by aromas of white flesh fruits, citrus fruits and sweet spices. An ample and refined rosé with a great texture.
