Fruity and light

Dark purple colour. The nose is open, early and greedy, crisp, with notes of cherry and candied raspberry. Round, supple, tasty attack, typical of the "new". The finish is supple, round and sweet.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

    The Beaujolais Nouveaux arrive from the third Thursday of November. You know that. But what you may not know is how long you can keep them.
    Of course, you can taste them immediately. That is part of the tradition. This is also what will make 17 November 2022 such a special day. But the Beaujolais Nouveaux do not stop in November.
    Around New Year's Eve, they will look great on your tables as an aperitif or with a starter. Have you ever tried a glass of Beaujolais Nouveau with oysters? It's the perfect match!
