Domain and appellation

    Savigny-Lès-Beaune Controlled Appellation. This appellation is located in the commune of Savigny-Lès-Beaune, with a total of 354 hectares of vineyards.


    Soil: The vineyards extend over a wide variety of soils. The southern exposure benefits from gravelly soils scattered with ferruginous oolite. Further down, the red-brown limestone becomes more clayey and stony. On the opposite side, the rising slope features limestone soils with sandy nuances.


    Climate: Continental, with hot summers and cold winters.


    Vinification: The wine is vinified according to Burgundian tradition, a method that extracts the full aromatic potential and typicity of the wine. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats to bring freshness and fruit to the wine.
