Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and well-rounded
The nose is open, revealing notes of Morello cherry, bigarreau cherry, candied strawberry and a hint of cinnamon.
The attack is supple, greedy and fleshy, with aromas of candied strawberry, grenadine and candied lemon, accompanied by a hint of white pepper.
The wine is balanced and full-bodied.
The finish is sapid, full-bodied and persistent, marked by flavours of redcurrant, strawberry coulis and white pepper.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Since our creation in 1950, we have worked together in a spirit of solidarity and goodwill. Respect for our differences and empathy for our peers enable us to surpass ourselves every day, every vintage, to offer our customers the quintessence of our region and our appellations. We share a love of a job well done, our regional identity, our culture, our terroirs in Bandol and Côtes-de-Provence and, of course, our pride in our wines. Hospitality, warmth and conviviality are the pillars of our corporate culture, which we pass on every time one of our bottles is shared.
