OLD RUM

The nose is open, offering notes of chilli, vanilla and caramel, with a hint of tamarind and date paste.   The attack is round and delicious, marked by vanilla and dried apricot, with a full-bodied, spicy structure and a hint of bitter orange.   The finish is powerful and spicy, with nuances of chilli, vanilla, blond tobacco and date paste, stretching out over a long, lingering finish marked by cayenne pepper.   The whole is well-balanced, with a hint of finesse.
