Features

CAVE DE PLAIMONT
The Côtes de Gascogne appellation stretches across ideally exposed slopes between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic Ocean. A specific climate for optimal aromatic expression, with a mix of mild days and cool nights.
The influence of the ocean to the west combined with that of the Pyrenees to the south ensures sunlight and absence of water stress.
At Plaimont, we have made the effort to highlight the parcels exposed to the East and North-East. To leverage their potential, we have replanted our signature grape variety, Colombard, to produce fresh, digestible, aromatic wines that are naturally low in alcohol.
