Jus De Pomme Fermier 100 CL

This family estate is nestled in the Domfrontais region, in the heart of the Normandy bocage, in the commune of La Ferrière aux Etangs. Thierry and Fabienne took up the torch in 2004, practising sustainable agriculture with respect for the land and its people. This approach culminated in 2009 with the conversion to organic farming.

This apple juice is made from a wide range of local and family varieties, such as rambault and rouget de Dol. After pressing, the juice settles naturally and is not filtered, but simply racked, preserving its natural cloudiness and intense orange colour.
