Fruity and crisp
White gold colour with a white sheen, very pale, almost white, limpid and brilliant. The nose is quite open with floral and iodine notes. Attack on a rather large bubble without finesse, rustic effervescence, acidulous, on white flowers. Nervous, tense finish.
