Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and well-rounded
Powerful, rich nose of liquorice, star anise, candied fruit, notes of thyme, rosemary and incense. Beautiful balance on a powerful, full pastis. The character remains pastis-like, with a hint of peach jam and fresh figs. Fresh, aniseed finish.
- Keeping level Ready to drink
Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

PASTIS 12 12
Conceived during a game of pétanque on the legendary Place des Lices, from which it takes its name from the expression "12 12 boule de match" (a match played to 13 points), Pastis 12 12 combines the traditional know-how of Provence with the art of living in Saint-Tropez. Produced in the oldest distillery in the Marseilles region, Pastis 12 12 contains a touch of almond at the end of the blend in homage to a tradition of the first Italians of Saint-Tropez, giving it a lot of sweetness while being not very sweet.
